I appreciated staying in this amazingself-service hotel. Units with comfy bed.

Convenient location! It's super close to the subway station 🚇 and all the major sights - plus, it's near the old town. Easy access to public transport and the Inner City from this venue.

in spite of renting out a few rooms in this apartment the Pension Gross does not seem to have anyone in daily attendance, there was no toilet paper in the bath room until we called the office next day, the floor was not swept for a couple of days

Conveniently located near main attractions. Detailed instructions received in advance for easy check-in. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels provided. Stable and fast WiFi. Close to metro station for easy transportation.

Large clean room.

It's an apartment with 3 rooms and a messy corridor. Poor quality furniture. You can find cheaper deals for a single room at this quality, maybe ok for 3 people (3 beds in my room).

The room is very big and comfortable. Basic kitchen facilities (coffee cooker, microwave) are available either in the room itself or in the hall in front of the room. We particularly liked wireless internet that is free of charge. If you like preparing your own breakfast, there is a big supermarket and also a bakery very near to the pension. The location is excellent, just few minutes away from the subway station, but you can also have a nice 10 minute walk to the city center or to the Museums Quarter. It is not a luxury hotel, but very recommendable for young travelers or a family who are looking for a very good value for money.

You should be aware that this is a pension, not a hotel (although we didn't mind). There is no reception where you can take or leave your key, basically it is like you have rented a flat.

All the staff here are really helpful and fantastic, making for a great experience during your stay.

Incredible hotel, just what we had hoped for.

The room was a nice size and huge and included central heating and an iron. It had good beds, art. Near a metro station, the location was unbeatable and good, very very close to the city center❤😃

It is well located just outside inner stadt yet within walking distance to all main attractions. We never had to take public transport. It is a room in the apartment and therefore expectations about the service should not be very high. However, we find the staff friendly. Towels were changed every day. Wireless internet is very helpful. The room was basic but clean. Overall, a good place to stay if you are on a budget.

The only negative I can say is the smell of laundry detergent which was strong in the hallway. This initially put us slightly off.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby attractions. The staff at the hotel were helpful and accommodating.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be a greater variety of items available.

Location perfect, we've been allowed to leave our bags after check out time, clean sheets, daily change of towels. Fair.

Great location near public transportation and easy access to various attractions. Room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was helpful and responsive, providing quick answers to inquiries. Good value for money in a city known for being expensive.

Some furniture and gadgets in the room were worn out, giving a slightly old feel. the corridor had a strange smell, although the rooms themselves were clean.

Although it didn't have breakfast included, it had a microwave and a fridge at our disposal. Although the check-in was odd (self service), it worked fine.Plenty of room, too.

The breakfast they reccomended costed 4,8Euro and included 2 pieces of bread and a coffee/chocolate, which is a bit expensive. Our central heating went off the 2nd night and never came back again (but we didn't bother call the manager because it wasn't that cold and we managed with an oil heater).
